If single Domino Server environment "tell adminp process all"

Otherwise, replicate names.nsf and admin4.nsf to user's home mail server. From user's home mail server - "tell adminp process all".

Next time user tries to connect to server, keys will be updated.

It also amazes me that for 3 months (90 days), the popup warning is ignored. With a little end-user education, this could all be avoided.
